He is the founder of Help a Reporter Out (HARO), CEO of The Geek Factory, a boutique marketing and PR strategy firm in New York City, and auther of Can We Do That?! Outrageous PR Stunts that Work and Why Your Company Needs Them. Shankman's 90-minute speech will focus on how companies, agencies and others can use social media to generate revenue.

Cancellations: Please be aware, too, that the Chapter has a policy that you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the meeting to avoid being billed for the costs associated with your planned attendance. Although we understand last-minute commitments or emergencies sometimes arise, this is simply a policy the Chapter has in place to cover costs associated with the meal, meeting facility, and speaker. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
