You hear about widgets, podcasts, social bookmarking, really simple syndication (RSS), mobile messaging, etc, but do you know how to use them effectively? This program will introduce you to the advantages of using social media, and provide you with an overview about how to apply social media to your communications and public relations strategies. You’ll receive useful tips, tools and handouts, as well as instructions for measuring your success.
